Hey, its StyckMan. I never have been one of those that were WORRIED about my facebook password and whatnot. I know that's wrong, but boy did i learn a little lesson today.

We're all too aware of the messages that's been floating around facebook about people's profiles being "hacked' and "cloned"..

Here's one that i got today.

Message on Facebook
The names have been hidden to protect the innocent

From what I can gather that is a scam... Just search your name..if you see someone who has cloned your profile, pictures and stuff..REPORT THEM

I did not. I found a couple of other version of "Styck Man" but it wasn't a clone of my profile. Sooooo.

If you worry that your account has been hacked, CBS News says there is a simple way to check.

Go to the arrow in the upper left-hand corner of your Facebook page and click on it.

Select "Settings."

A new menu will pop up.

Choose "Security

look for "Where You're Logged In."

A list of all of the devices that you've logged into and their locations. I found one from Charolette, NC in my list that certainly was NOT me!

If there's something don't recognize, you may possibly have been hacked. If you see anything that isn't you, (like my Charoette one) click "End Activity" on the right and that device will be logged out temporarily. Then Change Password.

Even after changing my password I had to log out and log back in with the new password to make sure all the other log ins were GONE.

My work email requires me to change my password every three months. From now on, when I change that password..I'm changing my social passwords too. You should probably do the same.
