GO TO RICH NEIGHBORHOODS

Rich neighborhoods have the best candy. That’s a fact. A lot of the people in rich neighborhoods try to out do their neighbors by giving out better candy. The competition has gotten so extreme that some people in rich neighborhoods give out full size and even some times king size candy bars. Plus, rich neighborhoods have the best decorations because they have the money to go crazy. You will see some of your most horrible nightmares come to life on the lawns of some of the nicest houses in the city.

BRING MULTIPLE MASKS

This is one of the oldest trick or treating tricks in the book. If you go to a large neighborhood, you can make 3 or 4 passes just by bringing extra masks with you. They see so many kids in one night in some neighborhoods that there’s no way they’re going to be able to remember you.

SPLIT UP

I know it’s always a terrible idea to split up in a horror movie, but on Halloween is a great way to make the most of your night. When you get to a new street, split in to two groups. Each group hits up all the houses on one side of the street. Take a notebook with you and write down all of the addresses that had awesome candy. Trade notebooks at the end of the street and then when you go back down it you can skip all of the houses that have bad candy.

TELL THEM YOUR SIBLING WAS TOO SICK TO COME

This is a great trick to get extra candy. Step 1: Print off a picture of a little kid in a cute costume. Step 2: Show it to the houses you go to and say that you’re also getting candy for your sick sibling.

BUY A BUNCH OF DISCOUNT CANDY THE DAY AFTER HALLOWEEN

Candy is crazy cheap the day after Halloween. Stores stock up on as much candy as they can buy because they make a killing on it. Once Halloween is over, no one wants to buy pumpkin shaped Reese’s Cups. Fortunately, pumpkin shaped Reese’s Cups are still just as delicious are regular Reese’s Cups.
