Amtrak has teamed up with a recycling non-profit to create a line of luxury bags

The bags are made from some of Amtrak's old leather train seats

The cheapest bag goes for $75 and the most expensive costs almost $500

Railroad service Amtrak has teamed up with Indianapolis-based recycling non-profit People For Urban Progress (PUP) to re-purpose more than 6,000 old leather train seat covers. With the material, they’ve created a line of luxury bags costing up to almost $500.
